Earn as you shop
Our loyalty program is designed for parents, students, teachers, and offices that shop with us regularly. Every eligible online purchase will earn you points that can be redeemed on future orders once the program is fully launched.
How points will work
- Earn 1 point for approximately every LKR 100 you spend online.
- Points will be calculated on the final order value after discounts and promotions.
- Points can be redeemed as discounts on future purchases once redemptions are enabled.
Note: Exact earning and redemption rates may be adjusted when we roll out the production loyalty engine and connect it to your Esales account.
Membership tiers (planned)
We are working on simple, transparent tiers so our most loyal customers can enjoy even better benefits.
- Silver – for regular customers and families.
- Gold – for schools and tuition classes with frequent bulk orders.
- Platinum – for corporate and institutional partners.
When will this go live?
The loyalty interface you see at checkout and in your cart is a **preview** of the final experience. We're currently wiring the backend, account management, and reporting so that points are tracked accurately across Web, POS, and Desktop systems.
