Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue, add the items you need to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can complete your order using Cash on Delivery or one of our supported online payment methods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery, major credit/debit cards, and local payment gateways such as Genie, FriMi, mCash, and more (via our payment partners).
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order is still in processing status, please contact us by phone as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once the order has been packed or shipped, changes are limited.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes. We deliver to most locations across Sri Lanka via our courier partners. Some remote areas may have extended delivery times.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. You can track your order using the Track Your Order page.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on your order value and delivery location. During checkout, you will always see the exact shipping fee before confirming your order. Occasionally we run free-shipping promotions for qualifying orders.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order ID and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I return exam papers or special publications?
Due to the nature of certain items (exam papers, past papers, digital vouchers, etc.), returns may not be accepted unless the item is damaged or misprinted. Please refer to the detailed policy for more information.

Do you support school or corporate orders?
Yes. We regularly supply schools, tuition centres, and offices. For bulk or recurring orders, please contact our sales team via the Contact Us page with your requirements.
